hot chocolate on a stick.

Entertaining myself while being sick and stuck at home isn't the easiest job, but here's what distracted me from the pain yesterday: Making hot chocolate on a stick. You can find recipes all over the internet, but it's basically melted chocolate, plus a bit of unsweetened cocoa and powdered sugar. As a mold, I used plastic shot glasses (but silicone ice cube molds should do fine as well) and the wooden sticks are meat skewers. You can use any kind of chocolate (white, milk, dark) and layer them, or use spices like chili to make a really "hot" chocolate.
Wrapped in transparent foil, these make a great addition to your christmas presents.
(Of course we had to try out of they "work", and they do melt wonderfully. It tasted better than a rather expensive hot chocolate on a stick we once bought at a delikatessen shop.)
